As our studio is by appointment basis, the availability of our staff is committed upon scheduled reservations. Your support in keeping your original date or notifying us ahead of time will be very appreciated as our staff will be prepared to help you get the most out of your session.
TO RESCHEDULE (use form below)
RESCHEDULING IS ALLOWED 1 TIME PER SESSION.
For the first time, you can reschedule your session free of chargeĀ if madeĀ 3 days prior to your reserved date.Ā
If your appointment is on Saturday, your request needs to be made by Wednesday(3 days prior).
If your request is made on Thursday(2 days prior), $10 courtesy fee will be applied.
If your request is made onĀ Friday(1 day prior), $15 courtesy fee will be applied.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESCHEDULING REQUEST MADE ON THE SAME DAY OF YOUR SESSION or AFTER.
TO CANCEL (use form below)
You can request a cancellation for a refund as long as you completed your reservation within 72 hours(3 days) and you have more than 72 hours(3 days) until your reserved session. Otherwise, we will offer you a complimentary rescheduling for any future date/time of your choice. You can reference to our rescheduling policy for details.
LATE ARRIVAL
Late arrival could result in shorter minutes in your scheduled session which might not be made up in most cases. We encourage you to arrive 5 minutes before your session begins to have the best experience out of it.Ā

(1) Your Name the booking is under, email address, phone number
(2) Original booking date and time
(3) New date and time window (if it is for rescheduling)
